By completing the registration and ticket purchase for ITB Americas 2026, visitors acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Access

• Registration is open at all times, including during the event itself.
• Access to ITB Americas 2026 is granted upon presentation of a valid registration confirmation, which includes a QR code used for badge printing at the venue.
• Registrations and badges are personal and non-transferable.

2. Ticket Purchase and No-Show Policy

• All registrations and ticket sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, tickets may not be changed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances. No exchanges, modifications, or credits will be issued. By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
• The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.
