Accreditation for media representatives
As trade show organiser it is in our own interest to provide journalists easy access to information about our events and our company by means of accreditation. Accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of media coverage.
Media accreditation may be granted to:
Persons can prove their journalistic (including photojournalistic) or editorial activities (related to the respective trade show topic) as follows:
- by submitting authored articles or contributions (print, online, TV, radio) on the trade show theme that are no more than six months old at the time of the event,
- by submitting an imprint in which they are named as editors, permanent editorial staff or au-thors, and which is not older than three months at the time of the accreditation.
The trade show organiser reserves the right to request further proof of journalistic activity in accordance with points a – b above.
The credentials should be submitted in English or Spanish. The trade show organiser reserves the right to additionally request the presentation of a valid identity document with a photograph. There is no right to accreditation. If necessary, the trade show organiser will make use of its domestic authority.
For PR Agencies, a letter from the exhibitor confirming that you have been assigned to represent them as PR Manager at ITB Americas is required.
The following groups of persons will not be accredited:
Persons without journalistic credentials, such as account managers, sales managers, advertising managers, webmasters, employees of corporate blogs or corporate websites, product testers and private accompanying persons.
- Persons who are only privately active on social networks.
- Persons who wish to use trade shows solely for acquisition purposes for their own fee-based radio, TV, image or online productions.

- TikTok 4,000 subscribers
- YouTube 3,000 subscribers and 250 views per video
- Facebook 4,000 subscribers and 50 reactions per post (likes, comments and shares)

- Social media platform insights (number of followers/subscribers, reach and imressions, engagement)
The name of the account and the date of the screenshot must be visible and recognizable.
Only persons taking editorial responsibility for a blog may obtain accreditation.
We reserve the right to set a maximum number of persons we shall accept per blog.
