Enrique de la Madrid Cordero

Throughout a distinguished career spanning tourism, finance, public policy, and business, Enrique de la Madrid has developed a broad perspective on the forces shaping destinations and the global travel industry. Former Secretary of Tourism of Mexico and Director General of Bancomext and Financiera Rural, he has also held leadership roles in the private sector, including HSBC. With a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard, he is a recognized voice on tourism as a catalyst for economic growth, competitiveness, regional development, and sustainable prosperity.

Mayte Redondo Castuera

With over 35 years of experience across the Americas, Mayte is a sustainable tourism expert, consultant, trainer, speaker, and content creator. Her expertise spans destination sales, product management, sustainability certification, CSR, and responsible tourism. Founder of Travel 2 Care People and Planet, a global digital magazine celebrating responsible tourism leaders, she is also a GSTC trainer and Travelife and Good Travel Seal coach and auditor, helping tourism businesses turn sustainability into meaningful impact for people and the planet.

Olivier Ponti

As Director of Market Intelligence and Insights at Amadeus, Olivier Ponti is a leading expert in travel research, business intelligence, and destination marketing. With over two decades in the industry, he combines global travel data with diverse sources to identify emerging trends, forecast future travel patterns, and understand the travellers of tomorrow. He also teaches Market Intelligence at Sorbonne University, bridging industry expertise with academic insight.

    All sessions are conducted in English, with live captions and simultaneous Spanish translation.

    Speaker applications are accepted through our official form until September 1st. All proposals are reviewed editorially, and we will be in touch if there is a fit with the program.
